1. Hold two balls in your right hand and one in your left.
2. Throw the first ball in your right hand toward your left one.
3. As it peaks, throw the ball in the left hand toward the right.
4. As the second ball peaks, throw the final ball from your right hand.
5. Remember Beek's rhythmic motion and say: - TOSS - TOSS - TOSS - IN RHYTHM.
6. Don't bother to catch any of the balls at first.
