For The Birds

You may think this is for the birds

but my EGG N FACE

short PHILOSOPHY COURSE

is a part of the curriculum for the MAJOR.

Of course it entertains the CLASSICAL philosophical question:

Which came first the chicken or the egg?

CHANT F.

Instructions: slowly take eggs out of individual plastic bags.

My grandmother had a good saying:

one should not put all their eggs in one plastic bag!

OOPS!

OH

NO

I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD LAY AN EGG!!!

Instructions: slowly pick up the dropped bag and mush the egg around and hold it out for public view.

Was that a Freudian slip or just an attempt to crack a yoke?!?

Now to the point, which came first? Start juggling THREE EGGS and walk toward the audience. Sooner or later eggs fly into the audience followed by a CHICKEN. It must have been the ___!!!

It looks like the YOKE is on YOU!

This is the chicken that laid those eggs. TA DA

You can see I made it to Broadway this year, i.e. Broadway Ave. in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Numbers Juggler

And for our last RECESS Start the music!!

Make another ball.

Hold two balls in your right hand and one in your left.

Throw the first ball in your right hand toward your left one.

As it peaks, throw the ball in the left hand toward the right.

As the second ball peaks, throw the final ball from your right hand.

Remember Beek's rhythmic motion and say:

TOSS

TOSS

IN RHYTHM.

Don't bother to catch any of the balls at first.

Ok, let's try this - toss, toss, toss - and try to catch none, then one or two, later 3 balls.

When time is almost up give em a good send off.

My Physical Education class meets after this session in ___.

Please stop for a short three ball cascade class or to ask questions.

If your juggling interest grows and you want more instruction please contact your local juggling club.

The values in equations covered today may vary slightly but Galileo, Shannon, and Beek are right in there with you.

For me, I most certainly am out of my class today.

CHANT G.

Thanks for TRYING and Thanks for your attention you have been a wonderful audience!

!!!!!!!!KEEP EM UP!!!!!!!!

Act 12 is a homework study.
