TESTS:     8 tests and/or projects are given as shown on the Course Syllabus for 100 points each and a comprehensive final for 200 points. No make-up tests may be taken. A missed test is a zero test score and late projects or reports result in loss of many points. Tests are graded and returned as soon as possible but certainly less than a week.

GRADES AND THE GRADE SCALE:     The final grade is based on the 900 points above plus any extra credit class or notebook points. This sum is divided by 10 for an average which is scaled to the following course grade:

ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED:

  1. Each student is expected to attend every class and arrive on time including the final exam.
  2. FINAL EXAM: Monday, Dec. 15, 11:00 to 12:50 p.m.
  3. Over FIVE class absences during the semester will result in a course grade of F. Each two times tardy or two times missing some part of class will count as one absence.
  4. Call me before hand if you have an attendance problem or are having difficulty with this course.
