TESTS: 5 tests are given: Ch 7, Ch 8, Ch 9 & 10, Ch 11 and Ch 12 for 100 points each, up to 3 lab/project assignments for 100 each points and comprehensive final for 200 points. No make-up tests may be taken. A missed test is a zero test score and late projects result in loss of points. Tests are graded and returned as
soon as possible but certainly less than a week.
GRADES AND THE GRADE SCALE: The final grade is based on the 1000 points (if 3 projects) above plus any extra credit class or notebook points when test > D. This sum is divided by 10 for an average which is scaled to the following course grade:
