Take your undershirt off WITHOUT taking your sweater off.

Step 1: Lift the undershirt to underarm level then bunch up the back of your undershirt.

Step 2: Bring the whole back of your undershirt up and over your head.

Step 3: Take out your undershirt sleeve, down your left arm, but do not bring your hand inside your sweater. Pull your undershirt over your left hand and then back up your left sleeve under your sweater.

Step 4: Do the same thing with your right sleeve by pulling the undershirt all the way out the sweater sleeve going toward your right hand.
