Hello, I just wanted to thank you for and commend you on your unique classroom environment and well developed teaching approach. I must admit, at first there were times in your class where i might have thought that we were wasting time as we were not bowling through as many 'facts' as i was accustomed to in other courses. Instead we spent time digging deep into the fundamental concepts and learning through exploration of real-world situations, which proved more useful than one-thousand text books. It's amazing how much more you understand and retain when you bring it in instead of shoving it in. I thank you for your wonderful insight and the tools and wisdom you provided in leading us to revelation. Oh yeah, thanks for teaching me how to juggle as well!

I found your site while searching for reference materials on school zone safety. It's wonderful to see an educator who obviously loves what he's doing. Keep up the good work and if you happen to have any findings from your school safety project regarding speed in school zones, I would love to see them! Thanks :-)

I am taking a liberal arts math course and we were given the assignment of finding an unusual field where mathematics is used. Could you share some information on how elementary or middle school math students might better understand math through juggling.
